This exciting swim/run team event takes place in the beautiful grounds of James Hamilton Heritage Park.

The event will be aimed at Age 8 years + for all abilities.

1km Swim (10yrs+) and 3km Swim (16yrs+)

Registration opens for all Open Water Races: 07:45

Registration closes: 08:00

Race briefing: 08:20

Races start: 08:30

Presentation: when last swimmer comes out the water

Adult Teams (17yrs+)...male, female or mixed teams of 3

swim 400m, run 3.6km

presentations: 11.15 approx

Tri Stars Starts (8yrs)...2 per team

swim 100m, run 600m

registration opens: 0915-1100

Online registration opens 1 February 2019 @ 09:00 and closes Sunday 9 June 2019 @ 23.59.

If spaces allow participants can register on the day but to avoid disappointment advance registration is recommended.

We cannot guarantee spaces after online bookings close.

 

Registration takes place within the Garage at James Hamilton Heritage Park. Here you will collect your race number, safety pins, baggage label and course map.

 

 

Courses Information

The event will take place through the beautiful grounds of James Hamilton Heritage Park.

 

Additional Information

Toilets facilities are located within the Heritage Park. There are no dedicated changing facilities.

The storage area for bags etc will be found in the gazebo at the start/finish area.

There is plenty of car parking spaces within the grounds.

All competitors will receive their course map at registration but should anyone get into difficultly on the course, there will be plenty of marshals to assist both in and out the water.

Race briefings will take place on the start line for each individual event.
